I went in a couple weeks ago looking for a nice watch at an affordable price. A nice man named Bugra helped me find my watch and I got it for such a good price. He was extremely gracious and provided excellent customer service and actually helped me find something I liked. I rarely buy jewelrey so I wanted something that suits me and would last a long time. I ended up buying this beautiful rose gold coach watch, and wear it everyday!! If you want quality watches, good customer service, and great prices, give this store a try.

The Salesperson Cassondra has helped me a couple of times when I pop in and is always super knowledgeable and fun to work with shout out to her! I am always being shown fun pieces based on what I am interested in and getting great and honest suggestions. I would rather spend the extra travel time to go to this store whenever I need a watch!

I ended up with a beautiful Ebel watch with a mother of pearl face and unique art deco dial at a steal of a price and am SO happy!!!! The watch is such great quality as are my other Movado pieces! Cant go wrong here!

I have been going to this store for 7 years and now on my 6th new Movado. The staff here is incredibly helpful and have great knowledge on their products. They never try to push a sale. Gina P has been my primary contact there for years and I always seek her out when looking to add to my collection. Going back for my 7th very soon!

I went to this store today, around 6 pm eastern time to buy me a Movado and I had the must disturbing experience.
The sales consultant ask me about my country of origen: she asked: "are you Spaniard" and I replied: "No, I am Colombian American" and she said: Oh, you are a mafioso!!!".
I could not believe the level of disrespect and ignorance of this lady.
What a disappointment, what a luck of human relations. What a luck of professional manners for an store that represents big brands and high end watches.

I had one of my best customer service experiences with Gina today. I tried to place an order online to ship to an address other than my own and it was cancelled. Upon calling customer service I was told that the ship to address must match my billing address. They did offer to transfer me to a local store. I had the great pleasure of speak to Gina who immediately expressed understanding and empathy for my situation. I explained that this was a bday gift for my niece who lives far away from me and there was no easy way for me to get it to her myself. Gina spoke to her manager and called me back immediately with a solution. Not only that but she was so engaging and enthusiastic. Mind you, this is all over the phone. We genuinely made a sincere human connection that quite possible made my day and my entire week! She went as far as ensuring me that she would text me the tracking info and informed me when it would be expected to arrive and suggested I have someone there to sign for it. Honestly one of the best experiences I have had! And it’s all thanks to Gina. Even though I live far from this location I made a promise to myself to make the trip just to meet Gina and her manager in person. I will also be singing their praises and recommending all my family and friends to give this store their business. Gina is the type of human I want to stay in touch with. Thanks Gina and team for an amazing experience. I quite possibly have found my go-to store for all my watch needs 🙂

Update: the pkg was delivered to my niece in a gift bag with colorful tissue paper and a sweet note which Gina reached out to me and offered to include. Seriously, it does not get any better than this!

I just wanted to say thank you and give a 5 star review to the employee of this store that took such special care and personalized attention to my husband’s watch. My daughters brought it for what we thought was just a battery replacement as a surprise for my husband’s birthday tomorrow. The employee recognized that it was a “special gift with sentimental value” and took extra special time with it, cleaning out much corrosion as well as replacing the battery. I can’t thank you enough for your kindness. You valued this special gift as much as we do and you left an incredible impression!
