Positive: The room had been wonderfully renovated with special led lighting, wood accent wall, large screen tv, luxury vinyl flooring, and nice furniture. Also the motel was super quiet as it was away from the main highway. Friendly staff. Negative: The heater was noisy. Normally, I would have just turned it off at night but it was January

Booked the cheapest room for a quick night's sleep on our trip. I was very pleased with what we found here.
Much quieter than the motels right on 395. Very nice clean modern rooms. Very comfortable bed.
Will definitely be our go-to place for future trips from Reno to LA

Don't let the outside fool you! This is an unmaintained looking retro motel but they just haven't gotten to the outside yet. The rooms are trendy and very clean and comfortable. Gigantic TV but the 3 stars rather than 4 are for the inconsistent reception and streaming, but I'm sure they will get that figured out. Would stay here again.

When we visited in the end of September the renovations inside the rooms seemed to be finished recently. Don’t let the outside fool you, the rooms are very neat and clean. Totally worth the money. Friendly staff and worth your money.

As others have said they are in the middle of remodeling the property. The rooms are now updated with everything new and clean. Having vinyl floors was wonderful, although they do need to mop more frequently. My feet were black after walking around barefoot. As someone with allergies I appreciated the lack of odors, dust, etc. shower head was A+. I didn't note the name of the gal working the front desk and coordinating all the repairs staff etc but she was doing a great job.

WiFi needs to be upgraded. It was super slow and dropped frequently on both 2G and 5G channels.

Positive: The outside seems old and beat, however the rooms are very updated, comfortable and clean. Negative: The only thing I would recommend is that they offer steam irons and ironing boards, besides that everything was excellent.
