The lady checking out my 11 y/o son was unable to understand him and was extremely rude. I understand she’s worked there a long time but if she can’t be kind to children (and possibly has a hearing impairment) it’s probably not the best place for her to work. We won’t be back, despite it being right down the street.

A great Toy store, with a variety new and different toys, á well as classic games like Twister, and board games like Battleship. We were head to a party, so they wrapped it for us before we left! Service was great, except for having to wait in long line of other people who were also going to 10:00 am Birthday parties, and since they opened at 10 we were all in line at the same time.

I was super excited to make my first trip here for the Sanrio squishmallow collection, especially since I had been to the other Learning Express location a couple times and enjoying their selection. I did receive most items I wanted at a reasonable price, and for that I am appreciative of, however I felt my customer service experience was sub par and made me feel extremely unwelcome.

I arrived and saw normal mask required signage, but no other signs advising any new or special policies so I went to open the door. Immediately a sales associate comes and grabs the door, informs me she is only allowing one guest in at a time, no exceptions. So my boyfriend who had accompanied me was not allowed in at the same time. She then shut the door .As it was my first time at the location I would have liked to look around, but she stood behind me as I made my selection and then walked to the register with me so I didn't feel very comfortable checking much else around the store and my boyfriend decided to not even bother going in. Additionally, I had a friend that went later and was allowed in with her sister which added to my frustration and confusion with my visit in the morning.

If you live on Signal Mountain its a "No Brainer!" They know. This review is for all you folks that don't live on Signal. Worth the drive from anywhere. One of a kind merchandise and experience for children, parents, & grandparents like us. Thank you for hanging in there in these tough timed!

Very much enjoyed our experience in Mtn Top Toys! Love the selection of learning toys and the kids really like the birthday baskets. Its like going back in time into a true toy store! Love it!
