I called Saturday morning to ask a question on my 45 cal. Muzzleloader.
Then later I travel down to meet Paul and he helped me tremendously. They had what I needed to make my muzzleloader ready to shoot. Bass pro and Sports Academy didn't have or even tried to help. I'll be back. They had great prices on their guns also. Check them out.

If you want your lvl 4 ceramic plates broke the told “ we aren’t responsible for damages” then this is the place. Had done a lot of business with this place, the time before that I had a gun brought back to me with a piece taken off of it because it “” didn’t make them feel very comfortable because they were getting audited by the ATF, even though it was completely legal.. They will disrespect your stuff and turn you away.

I've been shopping at Mountain Man since 2002 and I've always been treated great. Very clean and organized store. They have the largest selection of firearms in Fayetteville and maybe all of NWA.

I have made many different purchases from MM, and always felt good about them. But today was very special. Today my girlfriend and I purchased wedding bans. Best pawn shop around...not that I do business anywhere else. I've been doing business with them for nearly 30 years.They give fair money when you pawn and ask fair money when you buy. Great selection of tools and fishing/hunting gear. I even bought my wife's 20 year wedding band from them at a good price. They always treat me with dignity and respect. Most employees know my wife and I by name and greet us happily upon entry. I enjoy doing business with them and highly recommend them.

I cannot speak about whether it's a decent place to hock your stuff for quick cash, as I've never done that. But if you're in the market to buy a gun it's definitely better than most pawn shops. Only reason for the three star rating is that Mountain Man staff has been known to parrot the ridiculous myth that their guns are superior to the same makes and models available at Walmart, because the Walmart versions are more cheaply made with plastic parts that break, etc. I've heard pawn shops tell this same whopper for over 30 years. I'm not sure if they actually believe it or not, but it's utter tripe and insulting to their customer's intelligence.

The staff here has amazing customer service!! My daughter was looking for a Fender Electric Guitar and we found one here she fell in LOVE with! However, it did not have strings on it. The staff put new strings on the guitar and even tuned it for her so she could test it. We walked out with an amazing guitar at a wonderful price. Best Pawn Shop in the area!
