Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Service!
I recently stayed at motel 6 and had an amazing experience. Selina at the front desk made a fantastic first impression. She was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure my check-in process was smooth. Throughout my stay, Selina was always available to assist with any questions and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining.

Horrible place to stay! They took my credit card information from the 3rd party like Priceline and charged me when my reservation gets activated and valid upon arrival. I didn't want to go there because from outside you can tell it's a piece of junk. The girl in front hung up on me when I called to discuss why they charged me whenIreserve" pay when you stay". They said you either stay or your money will be stolen by us. I stayed but it was a disaster! Noise inside and outside. The entire room smells like a dirty trash. Super dirty! Don't go to this hotel

Absolutely disgusting customer service and cleanliness the house keepers and management puts into the rooms. We had a reservation at a set price and was over charged at 80+$ for one night. For a room that was not even close to being clean. Retucked sheets don’t make anything feel any better about crap all over the floor, stuff all over bedside table/chair, air conditioner leaking all over the floor and the room smelling like bad body odor.

Place was crawling with roaches and bedbugs. Floors were Unmopped, leaving our socks black. Staff was rude and inhospitable. Ridiculous rules that limit stays and discounts. Did nothing about cleary intoxicated guests neighboring my room after multiple complaints. Blamed for damage to room that was already there.

Shout out to Sahara who gave us recommendations, facilitated our late arrival, and ensured we were comfortable during our stay. Excellent customer service at the front desk. Yeah, it's in Bakersfield, but this is literally one of the cheapest hotels in all of California. For a clean room and good service, this is great value.

First off, they have amazing staff at the front desk. Selena has always been perfect to me. I've never had anyone at any other hotel treat me with absolute respect that they give, accommodation, be informative, super friendly, and overall a pleasant experience and will come back again.
