I drive a longggg way for One of the Last Big Homebrew Stores in the East Bay (so sad they closed the San Leandro Store) & this is their origional Location. Usually the staff i talk to has passion and knowledge of the craft.. & usually when they Dont know something.. they go find out the info for me. They have all you need for wine, beer and spirits and they dabble in Home roasted coffee as well. Truely your one stop shop!

What a great store. Our local one was closed permanently and we drove to this one. And we were so glad we did. Massive selection, great prices. We got good discounts. Extremely helpful employees. We actually spent way more than we planned and bought lots of extra stuff. Worth every penny. I saw some beer making competition ads, it's nice to see support for local brewers. I saw some stuff for wine making too, the entire section dedicated just to aging which makes me want to go into wine making now. Parking is plenty and convenient. Please keep it open and we will support as much as we can.

I have been using this company for 20 years. In the past 8 years they steadily went down hill. They seemed to stop caring.

I am very disappointed. This Monday I only ordered 1 brew kit and 1 yeast. Yet the order went out with 2 kits and 3 yeasts. What is worse, I placed the order on a Monday so the yeast would stay cold and fresh by not sitting in a warehouse in transit all day on Sunday. Yet the yeast did not get shipped until Thursday and so it is now scheduled to arrive Monday. What is worse, the yeast and only the yeast is being shipped from PA, not like the rest of the order that is coming from my local CA store that is minutes away. This is yeast that was made in CA to begin with. It was shipped across the country only to be shipped back. I cannot stress enough how disappointed I am.
