I ordered a a nice looking basket called blooming sympathy garden online for a funeral and when I saw what was delivered, no basket, no decoration & no blooming flowers, it was a small pot of tropical or something green & red , I am extremely disappointed in this . The lady that I spoke with said there was no name on the ticket so they had no idea who did it. I was instructed to go get it , bring it back & they would make it right , I sent to a funeral, I cannot do that ! Never again

The most ridiculous experience I’ve ever had. I ordered flowers as a birthday gift for a friend, and they were never delivered. I called to see what was going on, and they had closed early that day. The next day I call to see what happened, and they ensured they delivered the flowers and were extremely rude, not accepting any responsibility. The flowers NEVER got delivered and I was NEVER refunded and treated with a gross attitude from the employee I spoke to, who was the owner, Trina, if that tells you anything.

I ordered 3 colors of roses making it 36 roses and didn't want red roses for a 35 yr anniversary for my wife I got charged for colored roses and got delivered Red roses which I didn't want. 2 dozen red with 4 each orange,4 brown and 4 pink(rest red) arrangement was nice arranged but disappointed in colors. Also got 6 red roses wrapped for my daughter's girlfriend they were beautiful have to say

In my small home town there aren't many self owned business left but this flower shop has been open as long as I can remember and well that's about 30 plus years!!! The same family has always owned and run the shop. Ya know I'm kinda bragging about this flower shop but then again go try it and see for yourself I guarantee you will too!!!

Such a pitiful amount of flowers for the price of the arrangement. I bought to match the casket piece and some of the flowers in the casket piece was already wilted.
