I had the best experience at this shop. Carlos, who runs the day to day as far as I know, is a trustworthy gentleman who's more than worthy of doing business with. I had brought in my 2009 S63 AMG because I wanted to get the audio working. He diagnosed the car with his trained technicians and determined the issue stemmed from a module that would need to get replaced before they could work on it. It ended up needing other work too while it was at my mechanic's shop, and now it's been several months since my first visit to Car Toys. All this time, I didn't have to worry a bit about getting the part installed from Carlos and his techs. He stayed in constant communication throughout the months, and made sure to keep the part and not sell it to anyone else the whole time. When I was finally ready to bring it in again, Carlos got me in within the week and now my car sounds incredible. He's made my audio system like a modern car's, no hassle. I couldn't recommend these guys enough and will be doing all my audio business with them from here on out.

I was a little leery, went to another popular stereo shop in Modesto, and I was told, well, bring in the guy who's paying for the stuff and we'll talk to you. And I said no, I'm a stereo guy and he wants a system in his truck, he told me to go. Find Everything. Let them know how much it is and he'll pay for it and I can install it. I won Championships for 1st place awards, and he told me, no, have the guy come in, who's paying for it, and we'll talk to him. So I went to this place Modesto, car toys. He's at no problem, Mr. Anderson, right away, we'll get this. He showed me everything in Alpine. I wanted to see, and they had it in stock, and it was on sale. 2 12" alpine subs for $300. Right on and a alpine head unit $400.00 awesome place.Very nice and has the EQ, I was looking for the subwoofer controls and the high output for the amplifier, which i'm supplying eight hundred point four v power outline from the eighties and early nineties very sought after . very, very nice, very helpful.I would not recommend the other one, but this place is very, very helpful... . Parking is right outside. There's approximately 729 parking spots if you're shopping.If you're getting something installed which I would recommend then parking would be on the very back where they do the installation handicapped parking is the first 12 closest to the front door. Still smiling, glad they were able to answer all my questions without even purchasing anything. I'll definitely be back to this place.

I bought terminators 12 inch subs and they blew the first day.Mind you it was the same day i bought them they stated to keep the bass volume the same and DONT TOUCH IT FOR TWO WEEKS i never did i called them soo i can come back and get it fixed i came back to get it fixed it was a no charge cause of the lifetime warranty i bought, now im dealing with the bass volume not lowering the bass now im gonna have too pay out my pocket cause he stated next problem with them im gonna have to pay full

Had an install done here and after having some issues with another audio stores product that I had them install, they proceeded to assist with fixing the issue providing multiple solutions and honoring their lifetime warranty. Although it ended up being a faulty product, they gave it their all and made it their priority to identify the problem. The team is full of friendly professionals with a goal of providing their best possible service.

This place is a scam there just taking money from people there over priced equipment and Installation I had them Install cameras in to my tow truck not only did they cause electrical damage, but the cameras never work properly So I returned it back to them And all the money I spent with them, they kept it 3900 dollars + repairs to my equipment to be Exact there Liars And thieves i'm posting a picture of the kind of work they do pinch cables Fair warning, anybody who goes into the store

This place sucks!! I went in to get my car rewired throughout the car.. They were saying if sounds bad cause it was my deck, paid for new deck and wiring. Dropped my car off when it opened and picked up my car when they were gonna close and the only thing they did was put a new deck which was crooked and there was no wiring done.. I would never send anyone to this place.. big time waste of money
