Minh Phat has miles and miles of quality and unique fabric to select from with every conceivable color, shade and design, this is where "Al the Green Rain Train" purchased material for his unique custom hand made green two-tone cape, tailored by "Top Hat" Cleaners and alterations, Last but not least the customer service, and reasonable price points were above and beyond average, Hands down ! Five 🌟 stars for Minh Phat Fabric

Only place in town that had the light-weight, cotton fabric I wanted for lining dresses. Very helpful. Generous cuts. Great prices. Part of me would prefer longer store hours, but honestly, I don't go fabric shopping after 6pm very often - even store-owners need time with family! Looking forward to going back!

Great selection of a variety of different fabrics for any and all occasion. We went for a table cloth fabric in red after failing to get the proper color when ordering from elsewhere online. The prices were affordable and best of all you can actually see and feel the fabric you want. The store owner was super nice and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

We felt very welcomed... The prices are phenomenal... The selection of silks and satins are amazing... We don't often get to this part of town but will definitely be doing so now as Minh Phat's is worth the drive from Carmichael....

Walking in, I was memorized by the variety of linens and the vibrant colors! The prices are amazing and the family is very helpful. I would recommend making the drive down there. They will refer you to a sewing machine repair/sales person if you need one. Great prices as well. I walked away with typical retail pricing of $70 for around $26.
