I recently went into Herrin store and the changes that have been made recently have got me changing my last review to outstanding service great customer care hailey and mrs brandy have out done there selves , helpful and man I missed them they are awesome the prices were great the owner needs to give them a raise definitely recommended Midwest pawn of Herrin over any other. If you don’t stop here your missing out there Marion location is awesome the management there is cool dude and helps tremendously THE BEST!!!

The new workers are very helpful and professional to me and my dad. I’ve never had an issue with this place, if I did I’d give you a call. I’ve spent my money here and will continue to do so. Check everything before purchasing! Midwest cash has same management but their products aren’t being inspected properly. Recently purchased a big screen tv at midwest in Herrin Illinois. The people working there was kind enough to hold it a few days for me until I could arrange transport. Picked it up on a Friday and strangely Midwest is closed on Saturday which makes returning it within the 24hr period an impossibility. The tv requires a full size truck to return. Do not buy anything you can’t speedily return.. When I viewed tv at pawn shop it was placed on the floor and I didn’t notice anything wrong with picture until I got it home and was eye level with it. It has a rather large smudge that can’t be fixed. I also purchased an Xbox one s and both items tv and Xbox stopped being functional within 1 to 7 days of purchasing. I’m stating that your business is ripping people off. I’m no longer interested in being a customer.your staff are incompetent liars. As is was never discussed. I purchased items thinking Midwest cash had standards and not excuses. I thought after 20 years of being a Marion customer that Herrin didn’t sell garbage because it’s the same owner. I was mistaken. Everything I have purchased from Herrin location has stopped working shortly after purchasing. I never had a discussion regarding as/is with your staff. That is a slanderous lie. I was never offered a discount. Again a failure to take responsibility for poor service
