Alex and David were FANTASTIC, very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful in dealing with an issue I did not have all the parameters for! The gentleman handling the 3D Printers was awesome too but I didn't get his name. Will definitely be returning!

Amazing staff, Marty is super freakin cool, and they helped me price match stuff. They knew their stuff and we were able to fine solutions within my budget. If you’re into tech, this is the place. Better that Fry’s, and RIP to them.

I have had my PC repaired at this location a couple of times now and they have always been kind and professional. Excellent service and part options. They helped me find the least expensive options without steering me to buy the most expensive parts. Service was quick and I had my PC back in a couple of days. Will definitely use them again.

Wait was long and cold as expected, but I got what I came for. Ample stock, great service and process. Store manager even came through the line making sure we were all there for the same thing and even asked if anyone was looking for the Nvida card. He had one, Rog Strix and went down the line looking for a buyer. One excited young man was willing to dump 3k on the card.

We came to Micro center for a new laptop after researching various brands and a variety of dealers. What we got here was attentive service and fair pricing with no pushy sales tactics and no attempt to upsell beyond what we needed. Our salesperson, Matt Bendyk, was knowledgeable, asked us all the right questions and answered all of ours and we left with a laptop that meets all our needs. Matt stayed nearby, but never hovered. He was the perfect sales professional and we will be recommending him to family and friends.
