Good prices and a wide selection of Orlando/Disney/Florida souvenirs. The place is pretty large and occupies two shopping levels. Some of the things feel pretty low quality, but it’s on par with the price, so no bid deal.

Great prices and a huge selection of Florida souvenirs. Would have given five stars but there is only one bathroom and no Universal Studios merch. The store is huge and the second floor can be reached with stairs or elevator. Had a great time here would recommend a visit.

After spending $220 dollars on gifts, they are not able to offer restrooms for our children. Their staff have restrooms, however we were forced to go to Ihope to take our small children to the restroom. I hope their staff and the owner or owners never have to face this situation with their children or grand children. They DO NOT appreciate their customers enough to provide releave for a basic human need.

Amazing gift shop!! I just love all of the aesthetics here! The employees were friendly as well. What also sets this gift shop apart is that it is one of the only two-story gift shops in the area.
