If you need a propane refill, go somewhere else! Their system is antique, to say the least, and the card reader they're using works when it wants to. My card was declined 2 times, and she refused to try a 3rd, asking me if I had another card that works and that there must be something wrong with my card. I left and got my refill down the street, using the same card, and used that same card 2 more times before returning home. This isn't the first time I've had this issue. It almost never works the first or second time they try that card reader.

On a Saturday you have line going out the door for returns they had two souls working the return counter the propane tank refill and the truck rentals, time to add more employees. I was in line for half an hour and there were about 22 people behind me.

If you need a propane refill or exchange don’t bother coming, went up front to ask twice for an associate to come just for no one to ever show up after waiting 15 min and half the time their card machine doesn’t even work!!!!!

Customer service at this place is downright TERRIBLE!! Few months ago stood at customer service to ask a question and girl sat on her cell phone, didn’t even look at me. After 2 min I said excuse me because clearly the call was not work related. She was beyond rude and rolled her eyes. I ended up having to pull a cart person off to the side and ask for help loading my fireplace. Today I tried to make my day easier and do a pick up order. When we parked, I had to call four times before someone answered. I then ended up having to go in because I had already waited 15 min and no one was even in front of me (only had 5 small items). Ended up speaking to the manager because I waited a total of 35 minutes!
