It's just not a good store, plain and simple. Regularly get ignored when I walk in or stand around needing help. Employees are busy in their conversation about movies or talking about their pokemon card pulls for the latest release (by the way, they are all out of stock because they bought them all).

Prices are decent, but selection is not. There are lots of loose games with printed covers. No accessories on the floor, all are behind the counter, so you can't look for anything without asking, which again you may or may not get help with)

If you want a Mega Replay experience, go to the one in Peoria or if you want to shop locally, go to The Item Shop.

Staff asked several times if I needed help, not in a pushy salesperson way but like just asking, which I appreciate. Clerk was very friendly and helpful at checkout. I'm from Decatur, which has NO GAME STORE, so between you and Champaign, you're all I've got now and I really appreciate the store and the nice staff!

GO TO THE ITEM SHOP IN NORMAL INSTEAD. Unless you want 156 copies of COD: Ghosts, Big Rig, or 2011 FiFA, don’t bother cuz they don’t have anything good. And no wonder: They pay crumbs for any collectibles you bring in, upcharge you for things that aren’t that expensive, and honestly their entire attitude every time I go in just to shop has completely put me off for the last time. Awful. Not your customers fault you went out of business once and are already pushing it again.

Tyler thank you for getting my Facebook issue fixed. I really appreciate it. As for the store they have a nice selection inside and usually I go straight for video games but lately I’ve been more of visiting for their tv box sets and my daughter always has to grab one of their action figures while she’s there and some of their candy. If your looking for a place for games moves and figures this is the place.

It great to see Mega Replay back in Bloomington. I miss how large the old location was but the new one has started to grow on me. Tons of great retro games and priced just a bit under retail.

Cody and his co worker was very nice and welcoming they were even gracious enough to let my 4 year old son to play this game I would definitely recommend going to this place again if I need something sold or want to buy

I had a great experience with Cade! He greeted us with kindness as we entered mega replay and asked if we needed any help with anything and help us out when we said yes! And got us squared away with the right gaming council we were looking for! Over all had a great experience with Cade and will definitely be back and recommend mega replay to others as well!
