I ordered a plain cheeseburger and I received the exact opposite! How hard is it to not put something on something that comes plain in the first place!? So, I Tried calling them, however, there phone number doesn't work when you call, I couldn't go back right then so I went the next day and because I didn't "call", which i tried to, nor did i have the receipt but I have the burger they messed up on, they still wouldn't replace my food for me.

Was in and out fast. The customer service was ok, I guess hoping to get a nice big Andy's room welcome nowa days from any place is extremely rare, but as long as you get what you ordered then it's ok I guess. Been here about 4 times before heading to work. And all those times nothing changes. I mean the crew is not rude at all, just there to get a pay check and get your order right, hey iam good with that 🙂

I drive up to and thru the drive thru; place my order, get my order. All is bliss. (Except the expectation that counter orders should be placed at the kiosk. It's been my experience that I canNOT customize this way And staff seems to be far more concerned with orders from an auto than they oughta)

I went here with my friend Maya and her sister Coco. The wait staff berated her for her order (a McDouble without onions) and made her feel so bad she started to cry. I watched the manager literally tearfully kissing away pennies before handing them back for change.

The manager then berated Coco for "speaking like a moron" or something and then made fun of her for being adopted. One of the wait staff was kind enough apologize for what the manager did, then the manager threatened to throw him into the deep frier. He was like 6'2" I'm not sure how you'd be able to do that.

I got my order after 5 hours and all I got was a warm bun. They also kept referring to one of my other friends as a "Filipino" despite him very clearly being Anglo.

We celebrate my 11 years old son here. We had a great time. However, since on Wednesday the game are half price I really will recommend more staff on this day!

Davey went here like a few month sago with Davy cool friend Mike ago adn Davey ordered a Big Baconator and the y siad that they din't have that but they offered to give me a really big buerger and i said yes. Mike ordered a McChicken and the manager said "of course you'd order that wouldn't you?" and Davey and Mike were VERY UPSET because this was a racial comment and Davey loves everyone.

We asked manager for his name and he said "Abdul" and Davey call McDonalds corpoprate and they said they agree with Abdul and we got very upset.

After that Davey looked at my order and they got it very wrong. Davey ordered a Big Baconator and Mike ordered a Big McChicken and Davey got a sponge from the kitchen and it tatsted okay. Mike got a repackaged Cluck Sandwich and two tacos that we clearly saw them go to the nearby Jack in the Box down the road for. Not cool. Davey like cool

Wwe saw a bunch of guys on horses that were really cool come up to the drive threw after we left adn Davey also picke d up a COOL giant rat from the kitchen and Davey and Mike named him Spoogle and now spoogle Davey friend

I went here with my girlfriend and they called us a variety of Asian slurs. For context she's Dutch (ethnic Japanese) and it was deeply insulting and she broke down. Do not reccomend

Says open. Checked the hours and it says open 24 hours as well. Came at 10:30pm, sat at the intercom for 10 minutes trying to be patient, eventually decided to just pull up to the first window, I see a woman in the kitchen just on her phone with no headset in sight, honk my horn, no response, try pulling around one more time to see if that works and nothing. What does a pregnant woman have to do to get a McFlurry around here ?
