When they were in Reno, I only spoke with them once. At first, they were great to talk to. However, the Brilliant Stars Booster Box that I purchased was unusual. Unfortunately, I had to leave the booth to return to my wife, so I did not first notice. When I eventually got a chance to inspect the box, I saw that there appeared to be more packs on one side than the other, the shrink wrap on top doesn't seem clean, and there was a strange circle in the rear. The tone changed as I returned to the booth. Reasonably, I was informed that since I had left the booth, I could neither exchange or return the item. "These are not fake/tampered with and got them from a sealed case," he claimed, pointing to another booster box with the same shrink problem on the rear. And when I am no longer being heard, I left. I proceeded to open the box when I got home. Yep, there was more packs on one side than the other, packs were to easily open from the bottom, one pack was literally left open, and another was left in the wrong order (4 common/uncommon, QR Code Card, Energy, and then the rest), and a different one were missing the QR Code Card. We did take try to take a video of us opening packs but didn't realize we were not recording.

Adam and Victoria are AMAZING!! This is a favorite store of my whole family! The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, fun, and very very kind! Absolutely recommend Maximum as a one stop shop for all your collectable items or just a fun spot!

Pokemon cards were mad over priced, 20 bucks for 1 sleeve of 151 yea no thanks. 300 bucks for surging spark booster box?! 10 bucks for a single pack of lost orgins? Pretty sad to see prices up this high.

Was treated as if i was a thief and was not allowed to even hold a pack of cards as she spun it around to fast to even read what it contained.. I spend tons of money there btw.. be hard to go back with her there

They had nice Pop figures and had Five night at Freddy's Plushies. The Employees were nice and had some joy in them. They also has a nice selection of pokemon singles and products. Amazing store

Rude and impolite to their customers. The kid won’t even acknowledge you when you walk in. Then speaks with attitude after asking a simple question about product. Spoke to me as if I’m dumb. Also, way too overpriced. Avoid here
