Mauya is so cute and friendly! It has the best selection of adorable plushies available, at low cost! I just love the Yoshi plushie especially from Nintendo! I snuggle with him every night when I sleep. The service girls are nice and the place is small yet organized and upbeat. I had no problem asking the staff questions or checking out, highly recommended.

Lots of cute Japanese and Korean toys and stuff. Prices are typical for these kawaii items, which is pricey. They have some she's that are decent on small items. Cool selection of Pop figures. Fun for kids to go look around, but they're often plagued by tourist kids that are rude and inconsiderate.

Went to the store today at 4:05pm and bad customer service from the two dark Hispanic guys. Not friendly and was left waiting at the counter. Finally left the items and told the skinny jerk behind the counter he should pay more attention to the customers in front who want to pay for items. I told him to put them back. We were waiting for items in the case. Very rude. Please view your store cameras. Something is not right with those two guys. The seemed high.

It's ok for anime and plush collectors but there was nothing I was looking for

Rip off. Purchased 4 mini boo collectables. Boxes had already been opened and resealed. Staff said they do not allow that even though it was evident that had happened. when we got home we had 4 of the same mini boo. Contacted store who refused to do anything about it. Chances of getting 4 the same out of the series is nearly impossible. They obviously switch them out and then sell to unsuspecting tourists. Unscrupulous store. Left feeling totally ripped off.
