I love the selection of items they offer but the employee (a young female) at the counter seemed like she was absolutely miserable being there. She was difficult to get answers from regarding a product, she barely said a word and just ignored when we thanked her after the transaction. She just couldn’t bother to display even the most basic level of customer service.

I’d love to support a Korean owned business (I’m assuming based on the majority of products being Korean) as another Korean-American but I won’t be returning based on my unpleasant experience here.

First time here I saw a couple of things here I liked with the Hello kitty character. They also have a wide salection of cute pens. I purchased some Hello kitty socks as a gift and a loungefly wallet with the twin star it's so pretty alittle overpriced. Not a friendly store the workers could be little more social with customers. Over all fun store.

they have a lot of pokémon plushies, funko, banpresto and a posket figurines but jesus what are these ridiculous prices. everything was so pricy. I don’t remember it being this bad years back at a different location

I asked the lady for an item to see it as it was In a box and I couldn't see what it consisted of and she declined. She also couldn't tell me the price. Very unhelpful and it's no surprise the store was empty.
