I work with many different vendors for my gift shops. Whoever this company has answering the phone is rude beyond words. Condescending, sarcastic - totally not necessary and not nice. I also had an issue with them two years ago where they double sent my order @$350 - double charged me- I had the rep pick the duplicate immediately- took them 6 weeks to issue a refund. I love their products, but, can't bring myself to do business with them again.
