David and his team did a fantastic job on the floral arrangements, bouquets, and centerpieces for our Hot Springs wedding. It was worth absolutely every penny, and we couldn't be happier with the result. Great customer service and professionalism as well.

Mary & Martha’s was the florist for my wedding in December. They have always been the florist my family turns to for flowers so, they were my first and only choice and I was beyond thankful they agreed to do the flowers for my wedding in Little Rock. David is a true professional. He heard my vision and played a crucial role in executing and making our wedding the most memorable day of our lives. Everything was just absolutely beautiful! We called the local florist and ordered a small bouquet arrangement and asked to have specific things in the arrangement. When we were sent a photo of what was made and sent, we all were disappointed. This is not what we had envisioned nor discussed. There were barely any flowers in the arrangement to begin with, and not many of the type that was discussed. VERY DISAPPOINTING, and not very appealing. It's sad that we cannot be near our loved one, otherwise we'd purchase flowers & make an arrangement & deliver ourselves.

Wow, what a professional response from the owner. Okay, you want to be icky. Because you don't like what was said/ wrote. If the order was done correctly the first time,I wouldn't need to voice my opinion. People have a right to know what kind of service & product they may get, especially if they are using you from afar. I don't make a habit of complaining online. However, my family member was not happy with the product that was delivered.
Maybe you should be more concerned about why your staff did not follow instructions/request of the customer that gave them. It was too use pink carnations (because she loves them), 3 purple roses those were the minimum requirements, and the rest was left up to your shop to make it look nice. The actual arrangement contained one purple rose, 2 pink carnationsji, and some yellow daisies. As of now .... Overall, it is what it is we got shitty service. Instructions were not followed by the floral shop. What were you going to run out to and fix her arrangement? A partial refund would have been nice, but after your comment, I'm glad the truth hurt.

I received a bouquet from Mary and Martha’s this week. It was delivered very quickly- within a couple of hours of being ordered. The flowers are absolutely gorgeous! The blooms are opening and getting more beautiful each day!

Mary and Martha's Florist & Gifts was a wonderful experience for my family and me. A welcoming voice answered the phone and asked what I needed. I had a relatively small budget which they accommodated beautifully to make a wonderful silk rose arrangement. The arrangement was done within an hour and I was notified with a voicemail. I spent less than 5 minutes in the shop picking up the areangemt and paying. Even when I got stuck in traffic, they kept the shop open for me so I could have the flowers that day. Mary and Martha's Florist and Gifts is such lovely business and I would definetly recommend them for any of your floral needs.

I called Mary and Martha's to send flowers to my daughter who lives in Arkadelphia. I'm out of town and searched for a florist in her area. I called them and they were the most helpful, polite, went out of their way to help. Very pleased, will definitely use them again.

Sent flowers for Mother's Day and requested that if my Mom wasn't there to leave with neighbor. They didn't, so she recieved them at about 2pm on Monday after Mother's Day which she and I were disappointed. They closed at 1pm the day before a "flower holiday". I called to find out why they didn't leave them with neighbor and they said they don't see where I requested it, which I did but they didn't write it down. Now it's my fault. They asked what I wanted to happen to resolve this. I said it would be appropriate if they sent flowers for her birthday next month. They had the nerve to ask me if I wanted it billed to the same card.
I live two states away and have used them for several years being I can't be there. But after the way this was handled, never again. Very disappointed.
