Judy and all the ladies at this shop are so kind, welcoming, and enthusiastic. My girls and I felt like we’d stumbled into a real-life dream.

This is the most amazing store I've ever been to what a great experience!! The owner Ms. Mary Charles is an absolute sweetheart and so sweet and charming I wanted to stay and chat dollhouses forever! The employees Johnni and Judy are so friendly, knowledgeable, and kind I felt so comfortable. The store has the most gorgeous dolls and miniatures I've been back 4 times and notice something else new every time I didn't notice before! Love this store it's an amazing experience!!!!!

It seems like I looked for years to find someone to repair my dolls then found Mary Charles Doll House. I have no words to describe how pleased I am. I think I have had 14+ dolls repaired there now. I have also bought dolls. I wish I had more to be repaired. I love This place?

Wonderful experience! The ladies there are very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about miniatures, which is my passion. They carry many toys of all scales and I could have spend days browsing. Highly recommend and will definitely return!

I have gone many times. The lady that did repairs on my doll were not what I expected. I didn't say anything because she is elder and I didn't want her upset. I got a doll not from the doll house and I decided to learn to do repairs and restore myself. I finally told I was not happy with my other doll. She was upset because I said I would not bring my doll back for the woman to take apart everything that I had redone for me to be happy with my doll. she then became cruel and told me I could not learn to repair the dolls myself that I could not learn how to repair them from books and the internet. How can you hurt your customers like that. Someone that loved you dearly. How can you put someone down when they want to learn and have a passion for something. It breaks my heart but I won't go back
