Bad experience.
Wanted an rc car for my nephew that was a step above a Walmart car. Rubber tires, working shocks, etc. Bought a lower end model for $100. I assumed for $100 it would be decent and last at least a little while if it was taken care of. Never saw dirt or water. Only pulled donuts in a basement and on a driveway. It worked approximately 6 times and then wouldn't charge. A blue light would come on, but no information online about what it meant. Took it up there and the guy in the rc dept. told me since I bought it over 15 days ago "we can't do anything." He didn't touch the car or even look at it. He also wouldn't let me speak. Just kept repeating 15 days, can't do anything. If he even offered me a $3.00 store credit or something I probably would have upgraded to the $150 car.
My advice is be careful. The shop overall has good reviews, but my experience was horrible.
P.s. it won't let me post with zero stars, so I guess it gets one. The original guy that helped when I bought it was awesome though. Don't know his name but we talked about one of his boats with bottle rocket launchers.

arrived at 5:57 and as we were walking in the girl slammed the door in our face and said we they could not take our service. we needed to buy a 5$ part. they do not close till 6pm. there as well refused 1 other man who arrived at 5:58.

Great selection of model railroad supplies, including track, scenery, paint, books, and magazines. Also carry a wide variety of RC car parts and plastic model kits, among other hobby accessories. Friendly, helpful service and reasonable pricing make this a great place to shop!

Likely one of, if not the best hobby store in the area. While I primarily deal in models and model kits, they have an amazing line up of high quality tools, paints, and other supplies.

Having a fully set stock of Vallejo Paints is awesome.

Consider buying from them for your hobby supply needs.

They also stock Warhammer products, a small selection, and have all of the GW paint line if you're looking for those.

Stopped by while we were in the area and the staff was very helpful and even let us use an outlet for something unrelated. They also let my inexperienced young kids try out an rc car that one of the staff members happened to have out of his own collection but was out of stock in store. Bought a Mini Maxx from them instead of buying online because i appreciated the service!

Service is spotty at best, selection is not good and overpriced, the store is way too small and the hours are not great. Website is nearly impossible to search for what you want.

Not really impressed with some of the employees I told them that my traxxas had a traxxas plug and they still sold me the wrong one I ended up with a Tamiya plug the employee told me that all I had to do just stick it in and it will work to a traxxas plug not happy at all I drove 130 miles one way to go to the store
