A beautiful beach & beach front. A selection of great little shops are kept to roads that lead off the beach rather than spoiling the beach front.
There are plenty of beach volleyball courts spread along the beach.
The water is crystal clear and although there are waves suitable for surfing 🏄‍♂️ there are also areas suitable for entering the water, even swimming.
The pair is a good length & has great amenities on it.
The sand is golden & goes on seemingly forever.

We really enjoyed this beach. Lots of space to spread out even when it was busy. The waves are very strong at this location, so you really need to be careful when out in the water.

The parking was the biggest challenge at this location. There are several parking lots nearby, but many were completely full. We got lucky and found a spot on the street.

I would highly recommend this location.

Great family beach with bike path and playground! There are also volleyball courts. The water was so refreshing and was good quality. There were lots of families, surfers and couples. Definitely come if you’re looking for a relaxing beach day. Partly crowded but plenty of space

Beautiful beach with plenty of nice houses and cars. The area is definitely more gentrified than others, but the beach and boardwalk are very peaceful even suing the weekends. Finding parking was ok

Manhattan Beach, especially at sunset, can be breathtaking when the conditions are just right. If you head away from the pier and the crowds, you can find peaceful spots like this where the sky and ocean seem to blend in stunning colors. The way the light reflects off the wet sand creates a surreal mirror effect, making the scene feel almost dreamlike. In my opinion, sunset is always the best time to visit the beach it’s when the natural beauty of the coast really shines, offering a serene, picturesque view that’s hard to beat.

Loved it! Beautiful! Stayed to catch the sunset & it did not disappoint. Great places to eat & have a great view of the beach while you dine. My family and I really enjoyed Manhattan beach.
