this review is long overdue but i had the best experience here at this store. specially, Loraine helped my family and i a lot. I was very impressed with her ability to manage the entire store while helping every costumer that walked in, including my family and I. She was very patient with my kids while they were trying on clothing until we found the perfect sizes. It was around christmas time so we were lookin for gifts for family and friends, and Lorraine was very creative and managed to find us gifts for everyone we needed. Lorraine has the brightest smile and personality while still being professional and helpful. Thank you Lorraine!

Online booking doesn't work (for multi day rentals). Just call or sign up on person.... The staff is pretty aggressive about enforcing the "sign up in person" rule, so don't ask or try to explain! Another point to consider is the bikes must be brought back by 5pm (the staff let me know how upset they would be if bikes were late). So you might consider renting down the street... Although that means you'll be walking for 15 minutes.
