Not entirely sure what happened to my original review from two years ago... Here's a second one.

Mr Malcolm reblued a 1907 DWM Luger for me, it was a mismatched parts gun that functioned well but had zero of its original finish left and broken grips. Since it had no real collectors value I decided to have it prettied up and boy did they do a good job!

My toggle pin retaining pin managed to disappear one day while shooting, mind you this was about 8 months after the work had been finished, and Mr Malcolm replaced it for me free of charge. Talk about customer service!

I love this Luger. It's beautiful, it runs, and it eats ammo and attention at the range.

Knowledgeable and prompt service. Tim took the time to explain a number of the features of my pistol, of which I was unaware, as well as sharing his wealth of experience with me. Gio serviced my firearm well. Just a glimpse or two into their work area shows the commitment that they have as a proper gunsmith shop. All around superb organization.

5 stars is not enough. Mr. Tim not only saved my rifle, but he made it better than it was factory. Not only is his service excellent so is his communication. He treated me like family and explained the process and followed through with everything he said. He will be the only gunsmith I’ll use moving forward. If you want it done right he is your guy. Overall excellent. Did a fine job rebluing and restoring a very old and rough Winchester 1897. The owner Tim is a pretty friendly and straight-up guy, easy to work with. I would not hesitate to go to MBT with confidence for any gunsmithing needs in the future.

I needed a competent gunsmith for some precision work on my CZ 75 Compact PCR. Don’s Weaponry in North Little Rock recommended MBT. I met with the Founder/Owner, Tim Malcolm, to discuss my needs. I found him to be a true gun guy, very dedicated to his craft. When I came back to pick up my handgun, Tim took time to tell me everything they did, then took me out back to shoot it. I found his work to be excellent, and I am very pleased with the outcome. I have already discussed two additional projects that I would like him to take care of for me. I cannot recommend him any more for both his customer service and his work. If you have a firearm project and want the best; give Tim a call at MBT, you won’t regret it!

They did an awesome job threading my Henry 30-30 (round barrel). Made it suppressor ready and it shoots like a dream suppressed. Excellent craftsmanship for a fairly reasonable price. Turn around time was pretty slow but that just means that Tim & his teams services are in high demand. Have to subtract one star because they seem to have misplaced a rifle sling I had on my rifle somewhere throughout the process. The sling was not particularly expensive or fancy so I am not stressing too much but it’s annoying nonetheless. Overall I recommend MBT for your gunsmit needs.

Update: Tim was able to make things right with me and was more than fair. He is a standup guy and a true gentleman who is true to his word. Customer service is exceptional and I cannot recommend him enough not just for his excellent craftsmanship but because he’ll stand behind his word and product. Also had the opportunity to speak him directly for an extended period of time and he was more than happy to let me pick his brain and ask questions and he has a wealth of knowledge. 10/10 guy!
