THIS SHOP IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!
I heard such wonderful things about this shop. Well, I DO NOT recommend this shop at all!
I dropped off a garment on a Tuesday, was told to come back the following Wednesday. I went back the following Thursday, and the garment wasn’t finished because the seamstress was sick. Her husband asked me to give them three more days. I went back today and the seamstress didn’t have the garment finished.
Very unprofessional! No phone call the first time and no phone call the second time. Now I’m scrambling to get this completed within 3 days before my church’s event!

Came last minute for a very important Christmas gift for one of our employees. They told me the coat would be done a day later but over compensated and had the coat done the same day. Very impressed with the customer service and would highly recommend this company to everyone

****Update****8/30/23
We have used magic stitches since my last review and found that they have made a turnaround. The shirts we received were of better quality and the customer service has improved. I hope this is a permanent change.

I am not sure what is going on with “customer service” but this business has NONE! My company brought our shirts to be embroidered on several occasions. The with started off fine but then we were given a group of shirts that were very sloppily done. The owner said they’d fix it but what we come back nothing had been done. Instead of actually fixing them or providing reimbursement the woman says you can just find someone else to do your work. I am completely disgusted and strongly suggest you do not patron this shop.

Proprietor/ owner who insisted I pay for services before they were provided. Despite my offer of 50% and my willingness to leave my $250.00 garment in his care for a $24. embroidery job. Advertised "while you shop" does not exist. The man was rude and I will NEVER use their services.
