This store on Irlo Bronson Hwy is without a doubt the BEST store for souvenirs, whether it be Disney or Universal.
Always clean. Always super merchandised. Fantastic assortment of items. Great selection of Disney pins especially.
The staff are always super friendly and knowledgeable of what they have.
I always send my Disney guests here to grab unique souvenirs they may not find in the parks.

Review:

I recently visited this store and was incredibly disappointed with the experience. My child was simply looking at a product when an employee rudely yelled at them for not placing it back facing the “correct” way. It was completely uncalled for and made us feel extremely uncomfortable. To make matters worse, we were then followed around the store as if we were shoplifting, which was humiliating and completely unprofessional.

I understand the need to maintain order, but the way the staff handled this situation was inappropriate and disrespectful. A gift store should be a welcoming place, especially for families, but this experience left us feeling unwelcome and unfairly judged. I would not recommend visiting this store unless they make serious changes to their customer service approach.

We bought the Orlando hoodies (at the front of the store) here less than a week ago and on the tan colored hoodie the pocket stitching came undone and is falling apart!
Otherwise, the employees were nice, they did follow us around which I understand is probably just store policy. But I hate all the poor quality quick stuff that we expect to last but doesn't!

Good selection of Disney clothes, keychains etc. Pretty good prices, if you have stopped at one of these "disney gift" shops you have stopped at them all. Seems like they are all owned by the same company or purchase from the same warehouse as they all have the exact items. It's a copy and paste store all along I-Drive.
