James Earner was excellent to work with. I pretty much did the entire purchase via text and email. It was a seamless process for me.
The first sportsman, 570 touring premium that I purchased came damaged and they wouldn't let me take it. They demanded that they'd get a new unit for me. Even though it would have been covered under warranty, that right there says an awful lot about the company that they would deliver top notch service and not give me a damaged unit and try to cover it up under warranty.
I went down today and signed the paperwork for it, which was seamless as well. Heather was excellent in the finance department. She had all the paperwork prepared and went over everything with me in detail so that I understood my complete purchase before I left the building.
James took the time to go over every option on the sportsman to make sure that I knew exactly what I was doing before I left the complex.I'm very much looking forward to receiving this unit on tuesday and having many years of good use out of it.
I look forward to doing future business with Maddie's Motorsports of Dansville they have really come to impress me.

Had a great experience with Maddie’s motor sports. And the sales rep Garrett Hamilton was great and answered every possible question that I had and was very patient with me and didn’t try to upsell me or anything. He even offered to bring me a Battery all the way out to my house 45 minutes away. I definitely would recommend buying from Maddie’s motor sports and if you do, ask for Garrett you won’t be disappointed. Best rep I’ve had for buying atvs or side by sides by far. Thank you guys. Although the dealership provided a pleasant buying experience with no pressure, I encountered significant issues post-purchase. Despite expecting installation of new parts to be covered under the installation fee, I had to install accessories myself, and some parts were missing initially. When I reached out for support,
the dealership offered no resolution or compensation. This lack of accountability for their mistakes was disappointing."
