I'm a member for about a year and still have not been able to purchase anything from this company. I call someone answers and then hangs up I send emails I never get a response I use the chat option on their site no response. I'm looking at the reviews and I'm just shocked. They're all great, so I don't know why I am not having that same experience as the rest of those clients. I'm just very disappointed. I'm just trying to buy trucks lol..I never have had such a hard time with a company in my life.. Very very disappointed

Been doing business since 2001 when they were just a small toy & die-cast store on 4th street in the toy district downtown LA. They have changed locations, but not customer service which is top notch.

THIS STORE IS WHOLESALE ONLY GENTLEMAN!! I BEEN BUYING FROM THEM. I OWN A BOOTH IN A FLEA MARKET. THEY SELL TO ME BUT YOU MUST MEET THEIR CRITERIA. WHICH QUITE FRANKLY IS NOT MUCH. YOU MUST HAVE A SELLERS PERMIT/TAX PERMIT & MINIMUM PURCHASE IS $300. THIS AIN'T NOTHING. OTHER DISTRIBUTORS ARE ASKING MINIMUM $500 OR MORE. SO IF YOU'RE A DEALER & MEET THEIR CRITERIA. YOUR RETURN INVESTMENT WILL MAKE IT UP. DIECAST SALES HAS GONE THRU THE ROOF. THE TIME TO INVEST IS NOW. ALL OTHERS WHO AREN'T DEALERS SORRY NOT SORRY.
