Leaving a review regarding my hemming experience here— super impressed! I had a pair of pants that needed (free!) hemming and I was a little apprehensive that my pants would look funny or get messed up. The final product is amazing and the staff was very kind and helpful throughout the process. I got them back in 3 business days which was better than explicated. Thank you for your help!

I have to give this store a 1 star review because I just do not feel safe when shopping in their store. Recently it has been made clear that lululemon will allow people to walk in their stores and steal whatever they want. The employees are fired if they contact the police or do anything to report the theft. This makes the customer uncomfortable, because it almost looks like lululemon is inviting criminals into their stores.
Lululemon has created an environment in their stores that is not safe for the average consumer. Unless upper management takes action to stop theft in their stores, I cannot return, as I fear for my safety.

The store is great even most the employees are wonderful I am giving this review a one star sadly due to a male employee there that was extremely rude and judgemental towards my girlfriend when I was there when she was making a purchase. She was purchasing male boxers for personal matters and he started asking questions on why she wanted this and saying they r for men. She should not have to explain why she wants to buy something. I'm hoping after speaking to a manager when I go back about the way he treated my girlfriend I can change my review and give five stars. For now this store location will stay at a one star sadly.

Great store, not everyone is as friendly as the others but I read a couple reviews about the staff and I’m not surprised.
