I have been doing business with Luisa for over 4 years now and she is an expert in her field. Her chocolates are amazing! My favorite is the dark chocolate almond cluster with sea salt. At Thanksgiving I get her chocolate turkeys that are available in many sizes. They are great for gifts if you are going to a Thanksgiving dinner as well as table centerpieces. Luisa uses high grade ingredients in all her products and does not add wax to any products. She has over 1000 molds so she can custom create a design for your business function or special event. Once you taste Luisa's chocolate you will be hooked!

Happened upon this delicious independent chocolate shop that hand-rolls / makes its chocolates on-site when stopping for a coffee at Mangi Con Amore. Who'd have guessed all this friendly goodness in a random business complex ? Luisa Chocolatière has beautiful chocolate truffles like the mayan (with ancho chile and cinnamon) and a peanut butter ganache-filled, vegan options made with coconut milk, novelty shapes, caramels, chocolate-dipped marshmallows and a range of chocolate tiles with varying percentages of cacao. We loved the 91%... And everything else we ate from there. Yum. A wonderful find.

In all my years and experience doing theme parties of all kinds, I always come back to the basic premise that the BEST party favors, and take-alongs, are those that are edible. And for me, the more thematic elements you can weave into any given party, the better. So, when I found out that Miss Luisa had more than 1600 molds to choose from I couldn't wait to incorporate a delicious little bite of chocolate bliss into my next theme party. Who needs another book, or card or piece of tchotchke to clutter up the junk drawer, when you can give 'em what they really want.... CHOCOLATE!! Always the right size, perfect fit, genderless, trendless, timeless, and affordable for any budget. Oh the possibilities....Chocolate tea pots, chocolate ballerina slippers, even chocolate checks! Perfect for any occasion...hoping she can find me a chocolate apron mold!
