I passed by this toy store and found it to be very nice so me and my son decided to go in, I was not greeted and was only given a mean look we are African American and I felt the young ladies at the desk was not happy we walked in I don’t know. Even when we walked to the front from walking around the entire store the same lady at the front of the store looked at me with not a welcoming face we left and I felt for a children’s store customer service is important and that was our first time in the store. My advice is to work on friendly happy customer service to every customer who walk in.

Lucky Duck has a great variety of toys and games from newborn to early teens. A lot of their selections are non-electronic toys, which is great to see. They are well worth a visit for anyone needing a gift for a kid.

I work on the mainline and have taken a ride past this store many times. My daughter had a biopsy done at bryn mawr hospital so I took my 3 grandchildren there to purchase a few toys.
Today the least they were in awe of the store and I must admit so was I.
Irene was a doll as my head was spinning with my hands being full with the 3 ages 5 and under. She directed us to the playhouse in the back. They had a blast. The prices were a little high but what can I say. If I’m going to shop on the mainline then I’m going to pay mainline prices. Overall an amazing experience. I will be back for sure. Anything for my grandbabies ♥️

I am heartbroken to say this. It is a wonderful store. Very well thought out layout. And I am certainly in the camp of supporting small business. But not if you can get the same item at a larger retail store for less than half the price of the item I purchased at Lucky Duck. I understand customer service and free wrapping but my goodness. Forgive me but I had to post this because I'm really surprised at the mark up.
I purchased the Fisher Price Laugh and Learn Game and Learn Controller for $15.99 plus tax. Sadly, when I returned home, I went online because I was trying to see if there was a turn off switch on the toy since it began to play as I was trying to wrap it. Lo and behold, Target in Wynnewood, PA appears with an in store pick up price of $6.19 plus tax.

This store has the cutest little playhouse hidden in the back and an EXCELLENT supply of toys. I think it's the best I've ever seen in a local shop. They would have 5 stars just for that and for their personable employees, but the owner unlocked the bathroom five minutes before closing so my toddler could poop and she did it so kindly--I'm a shopper for life here now.

I love this toy store. I walked by mesmerized by the scooters in the window and I just had to purchase one. The cashier as well as store merchant was so helpful and nice! I recommend checking it out with or without your child. This ended up being a present for my nephew Andrew who is turning 8 and he loved it. It is very sturdy and fun. Also, I fell in love with these color combinations. I felt like a lucky duck after leaving this toy store and will definitely be returning soon! Thanks again

I have always found great name brand toys here and the customer service is even better! The staff members are amazingly helpful and knowledgeable about what toys are popular with different age groups. I always need advice when I shop here and the staff is great at recommending toys that always end up being a big hit! They also offer free gift-wrapping which is a big help. The toys they carry and the service they offer set this store apart from other chain and "big box" stores and I love them for it!
