My mom and I stopped in here just to take a look around before we saw a movie but there were so many cute clothes/brands that can be hard to find even online, such as minkpink and project social tee. There was also a sale rack with some really great deals. The customer service was great -- I was only able to grab one thing as we were in a rush but we will be back! 🙂

Every time I'm in Saratoga I have to stop at Lucia. One of the best boutiques I've been to. Great selection of clothing and accessories that are always very stylish. Everything is super cute and I always get compliments on whatever I buy. The prices are also more than reasonable. The employees are so friendly and really want to help you find something you'll love. Can't recommend this store enough!

UPDATE: The store was very quick to address this issue and apologize. It is the season in Saratoga where shoplifting is a big problem. It was obvious to me that they value their customers.

As a Saratogian native, I have shopped here multiple times. I am utterly disgusted with the way I was treated here this past weekend. Not only was I questioned multiple times if I had more items as I was checking out, I was actually accused of stealing a ring. A ring that I had purchased months ago.

The customer service in this store, or at least this associate, is disappointing at best. This will be the last time a support this local business, or recommend to anyone.
