When I want to remodel my home with more detail, I like to shop at Lowe’s, which is better than Home Depot. This Lowe’s in West Sacramento is one of the stores I like. This store has more items in stock and is less crowded than the other Lowe’s in the Sacramento area. The store is nice and clean, and the people working there are helpful.

Not only did I find exactly what I came in for, but the workers were actually attentive to my presence there & my shopping needs; unlike that "other" store where five workers stood in a circle watching one of them work & completely ignoring me, nor sending someone to help me when they said they would. Luckily, I had quite the opposite experience at Lowe's! They were great! I will definitely be coming to them first in the future. I purchased a portable fan/mister as I work outside in this scorching heat of Summer. It works fantastic. And I got to take a picture of me with a giant cutout of Messi, so that just added a giant smile to my face! Five stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I am very disappointed in Lowes customer service.in West Sacramento. I was wanting to get a new vanity installed in my bathroom and was told I would have to pay $45 which is the fee to have someone come out and measure. And than can come and measure and than purchase the vanity. I hadn’t heard from anyone and they’re supposed to contact me within 48 hours so I called Lowes to find out what happened and they were not able to help me. They said they didn’t know what happened and I asked to speak to a manager and Greg one of the representative there said Brian a manager there would not come and speak to me. He just said they would just refund me my money, no explanation of why I didn’t get a return call from the Installer. Just said he would refund my money. No explanation. Very very bad customer service. I am very shocked.

Absolutely love buying from this location!!! While Home Depot is closer to me physically, not just does the Pro Desk here beat their pricing, their customer service is far far better to HD. They go out of their way every time. Jessica, Annie, and Rodney give you so much and heart in helping you order. But really everyone they have on staff are so helpful. Hands down the primary place I'll order building materials from going ahead.

Lowes West Sacramento, has everything I need but cant get it done. Everything I have bought has been good quality, but something I can get from their competitors at the same price. I ordered a new washer drier combo November 21 with a delivery on December 6th in the afternoon. On the day of delivery i received a message that they didn't have the order in stock. Later, I received a message that it was on a truck and would be delivered between 4 and 8, they no showed. They then scheduled delivery for December 11th, I contacted them and let them know I would not be available after 1, had to work. Currently they have a delivery scheduled on Saturday the 14th between 11 am and 11 pm. At no point have they contacted me to ask when a good time to make the delivery would be, just shows up on their app. DO BETTER!

UPDATE: Lowes canceled the Saturday delivery and rescheduled for 11am - 11pm Sunday. Delivery was made around 3:30. The delivery people were great, but the product was damaged and not usable and the installation kit was the wrong model. After being o the phone with customer service this morning a new unit will be delivered in two weeks! Meanwhile, my working unit was removed by the delivery team and my household is without a drier until December 30th. At this point, what do you do? No commitment after the sale to customer satisfaction. DO BETTER!

Lowe’s delivered a dryer that was not only not in a box but is obviously a returned or defective unit. See picture of the glue running down the control panel, the filth and dents.When I contact their customer service, I was told they can pick the dryer up in a couple days, give me a refund which takes 15 days to process with debit, and then I can order another dryer for delivery. I will never spend money at Lowe’s again and I sincerely hope you think twice before making a big purchase with this company. It was obvious by what the customer service person said to me that this is a common occurrence, and that they do this type of stuff all the time. I don’t have two weeks to wait for a refund, or another $500 to spend on a dryer right now.

Had a question about making a return on an item I bought in August. Not easy getting the info I wanted, so I called the store and waited for about 15 minutes when someone answered and said "[please hold" which I did for 18 minutes and counting as I write this review. Don't bother trying to speak to anyone in person unless you have ...19 min and 40 seconds before you hang up.
