Today I came in to get some bags of bark. I noticed that quite a few of the bags were ripping at the seam.

Jeff walked over to me and asked if he could help me. I let him know what I was seeing with the ripped bags and he was very professional, efficient and respectful and he made it right. You don't see that kind of customer service anymore. Thank you Jeff for making my day!

The only reason why I did not give it five stars is because those bags of bark were damaged.

Placed online order at 9am. Went to pick up at 115pm...its now 210pm and I have yet to receive my order. From what I can tell there are still two cars ahead of me. In the almost hour I've been here only 2 orders were brought out.if I was physically able to go in I would. Not happy with the customer service...they could have at least said it would be awhile but they said they'd be right out with it.

Only 1 checker & the line was all the way to middle of store! By the time I was the next in line, then they decided to open another register! A lot of people saw the line and just left the store! They're employees in the store, but none of them was paying attention to the long line! This has been a problem since they opened.
