Best shopping experience, Noemi made everything so easy to find and informed us of all sorts of things that we needed to know to make our sexy time safe and even more fun! Also, this store has an amazing selection of everything !!! The prices were fair also !!!

The staff is always super kind whenever we come in and are super knowledgeable on their products. Prices are really good, especially for an in person shop with a huge catalogue.

Staff are always asking to lend a hand or offering suggestions when you look stuck or unfamiliar. This is definitly the type of shop where you feel safe enough to ask questions. We always come back here for the customer service quite honestly. The atmosphere is very comfortable.

This is the best Lovers so far! I’ve been to other chains and this one has the best selection. I wanted to give a big thank you to Kaleigh for helping us out, she was amazing! She gave us a tour of what we needed and was very attentive. Highly recommend!

It's a great store I really enjoy the effort put into customer service. You just rarely find customer service this superb in retail anymore. Reminds me of concierge treatment at a five-star resort and must leave its competitors like hobby lobby at a very jealous deficit. I would imagine the big corporations have tried in vain to head hunt the human resource people from this fine company.... Kudos to lovers!

I was very impressed with the store, because the last time I visited this store it was called A Touch of Romance. They had a lot of choices to pick from lingerie, sex toys, lubricants, etc., and the lady (oops forgot her name) was very knowledgeable and kind she helped me out a lot. I had a very positive experience ☺
