The employee there was rude from the start they’re not friendly at all and it was my first time there I walked in and some lady had a attitude I thought it was going to be nice people since it’s a Christ owned store I was happy to go in there but never again going here. Horrible customer service.

I've had only good experiences at this thrift store. Nice dress shirts for men, name brand and they look brand new. The prices are always incredible I've always found them to be low prices. The DVDs are a little bit too high at $3, but they do have a selection usually that is better than most thrift stores.

Thrift stores now days are way over pricing their donated items I actually had a pair of pants in my lil pile of items and couldn’t believe it when I seen the receipt, (because it seemed pretty high for the little arm full I had and I was charged $31 for a pair of used pants and I happen to go to ross the next day and found the same pair for $16 bucks same brand just one size down, the. Upon reading the reviews I do see some complaints about high prices get your s together how is this helping the community and this is not the only thrift store like this a lot of them are over pricing items it’s pretty sad how even second hand stores are price gouging as well or selling broken items and not offering exchange or returns (and all the replies are generic not even trying to make it right with their customers)

I’ve donated here several times. I’ve also gone in to shop but their prices are ridiculous. I also went to their other location today and their prices are just as bad. A baby onesie ALONE was $6! I’m never donating here again.

This being a thrift store I’d like to save more than a few bucks. Profit shouldn’t be that outrageous.

Been a occasional shopper over the years until recently. My daughter got a new job and she needed nice work clothes but, didn't have alot of money. I went to a few stores but the prices were very high then I remembered about threads of love. I went to the store on Kern Street and was so amazed. The store was clean and well organized and the staff was excellent. One of the girls went as far to helping me get the right sizes. When I checked out the cashier informed me clothing was 1/2 price that day. I got 7 outfits for my daughter for under $30.00. THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH threads of love you earned a life long customer!!!!

Some nice things but prices are too high unless its a day where the color of the tag on your item is on sale. I saw a pair of Signature Levi's priced at $20.00 you can buy them brand new at Walmart for approx. $21.86. I want to save more than $1.86 especially if they have had a previous owner. I don't think a second hand store should be trying to make close to retail prices off of 100 percent donated items.

This place is absolutely great to shop at has everything you need!
Though if your coming here for community service I recommend staying away. Nightmare manager. You’re going to be walking on eggshells working there. Companies great just poor management.
