Why shop here instead of Amazon? Cuz the selection is WAAAY better (astonishing, actually!!) plus ya get fab, candid, no-nonsense customer service.

We were helped out with our selections, including figuring out which restraints would work the best on an XXL guy ?[hint: leather > metal] and which, ehm, edibles were both vegan + organic (!!!)

We learned why getting the upscale toys with rechargeable batteries ?and multi-year warranties saves $$$ in the long run AND which…um… device(s) would work best in… certain…ahem… positions.

Good clean fun!!

I had a great experience here. I came in not comfortable asking for help, but Amanda made me feel at ease right away. I had planned to just buy one thing, but Amanda made me feel so comfortable that I was able to ask further questions and find a few more products to buy. The store was stocked with an amazing variety, and Amanda helped me with recommendations and explanations as to what would work best for me. Would recommend the store and more so would recommended Amanda because she was the most helpful, open minded, and knowledgeable employee I've come across in such a long time in any store.

Seriously just went in and met Jenny
She totally helped me she took me all over the store we conversated. She helped me find everything I wanted gave me multiple options.
She really knows her stuff. She made me feel comfortable. She has like good knowledge on the toys. Overall if she is still there in the future we will be coming back

Let me start off by saying that I live 5 hours away from South Lake. I was given two outfits as a gift for my Bachelorette party, both of which were too large unfortunately. On a trip to Tahoe, I brought the items with me to EXCHANGE for something that fits. Upon our first stop by the store, we were told that one of the outfits could not be exchanged because it was no longer in the plastic wrap. Not great, but more understandable. We were told that the other item could not be exchanged without the receipt so we left and I called the person that gave me the gift and asked if they still had the receipt. Later on in our trip, they found the receipt and sent us a photo so we went back to the store on our way home to exchange the one outfit. The lady gave absolutely zero effort and said that since she can't scan a photo of the receipt, they couldn't do anything. We left with over $100 in outfits that are useless to me.

My issue is the lack of effort to help a customer. We were not asking for money back, just to exchange for something that actually fit. I do not recommend this store due to the lack of customer service from all three individuals we interacted with.
