Their cookie Selection is great! I’ve visited 3 times since they opened and have enjoyed the variety of cookie creations they have. I think they are better than some of the competitors.

Clean not super busy but nice to see people out shopping again. Great to walk and my daughter just discovered it and loves Spencer’s hot topic torrid and bath and body etc. Movie theater is great. Decent food court Japanese and 2 chines places as well as burgers phillys and subs and Italian and pizza and pasta

I went to enjoy the movie wicked with my family. This being my second watch I Know it’s a two hour move so I decided to use the restroom before going to sit down. My family went off to find their seats so when I came out I moved past the crowd of children, and the ‘security’ officer asks me to see my ticket claiming he ‘saw me come trough the exit and I need to leave out the way I came in.’ I explained my bf had the tickets and I can just call him over and he continues to say ‘you can just go back through the exit because I don’t want to have to arrest you or anything.’ Being a young adult black women this comment of course shook me and I refrained from engaging with the ‘security officer’ who was sitting on a stool. I call my bf who immediately comes to show the three tickets he purchased. I got no apology and I left telling him that was very rude to suggest you were gonna arrest me after I said I didn’t come from the exit. Me being emotionally my mother sees and hears what happened and goes to confront of him and he says he said nothing like that. He continues to say I’m lying. So instead of arguing further we go ask for a manager. The manager apologizes and offers free tickets. As the manager leaves off to get our free tickets, the ‘security officer’ comes back out saying ‘you got your freebies’ like that’s what we came here to get after paying our hard earned money to sit and watch WICKED. The man continues to say we made it racial because we didn’t appreciate being spoke to that way. End of the story my problem isn’t with the movie theater because the manager and workers were polite. The manager explained they don’t hire the security the mall does. So my complaint is with the mall for hiring racist lazy security officers who do nothing but accuse people of stealing entrance for a 9 dollar movie theater.

There’s not much to say about this mall. It’s one floor and doesn’t have too many of the major stores you see elsewhere. They have a decent food court and a movie theater. It was mostly like a ghost town on a Saturday night. If you want to go to someplace better, the Bolingbrook Promenade or the Oakbrook mall is not too far of a drive.

Really needs to fix its phone and directory system. It gives almost zero information when you call, doesn't even offer vital services like security or the manager, and if you hit any buttons it starts yelling "Invalid option" at you on endless repeat. That's certainly a first! All of the directories in the mall (both the electronic standing ones and even where the posters used to be) are empty. How the hell do you expect people to know what's at your mall, find it and navigate this huge place?

Rough place. Signs are posted saying adolescent youth must be accompanied by an adult, but it didn't look like it was being enforced. 3 youth were throwing products around the Toys R Us popup in Macy's. An employee tried to get them to stop, but they ignored her. I heard a merchant say someone had vandalized products at a kiosk. I would not recommend Louis Joliet Mall.

This is for the play area. I called the manager about how dirty is the play area. They have a sign that states "this play space is clean and sanitized twice daily" I spoke with manager and she said she saw them clean it today. This is my 5 day in a roll coming here and it has not been clean. Manager sent someone to look at it and argued about he cleaned it..
They out here now cleaning.

I got a bug up my butt to get my hair highlighted, and the next day, I called, and they were able to get me in. I have never had professional highlights before and am so very happy. She also gave me a new cut and took her time to figure out what was best for my face shape. Definitely recommended them for all your needs.
