I've been here multiple times. It's usually really busy right when they open. People want to make their claims early because it takes 4 to 6 weeks for your check to arrive in the mail. The staff have always been friendly.

Nice little office with friendly and quick staff. It's RECOMMENDED to have your CLAIM FORM ready that way you can go faster to the window employee to process your claim; you do NOT need the winning ticket to claim your SECOND CHANCE prize!!! ☺️

This is a small office, with a seated security guard and a corded off line. When we arrived the security guard asks to see your claim form/ticket and once looked over, told us to proceed to the line. There was only one person before us. After we were helped, I noticed more people came in and everyone was trying to space out in the tiny room. When you get called forward from the line you go up to a window. There are two windows, we were seen by someone that noticed a line had started and were called to the second window. The person that helped us was nice and we were thanked for having our paperwork neatly done and complete. We were told to wait 10 minutes and they could give us a check. There are signs posted on the windows that say 6-8 weeks, I believe it depends on the prize amount whether you receive it in person same day. Also make sure if you are within the same day prize amount category, you do not go end of day as they will only process same day checks until 30 minutes (or an hour?) before closing time. The wait wasn't long, but the little space did fill up quickly and there were only 2 seats. Note that while we were there everyone chose to stand. You can view copies of past winning tickets in a case on the wall. The security guard can lend you a pen if you don't have the back of your ticket filled out and or still need to fill out your claim form. There is a little shelf in the corner than can be used as a sturdy place for writing, there is only space enough for one person at a time. Most people filled their tickets out in hand while in line or had a claim form with them. It was quick, efficient, the people were nice enough. There was ample parking and it seems like an industrial or commercial business area. Hope we get to go there again! 😉😁
