These gift shops are in all of the hospitals around town. I like them because they have basic essentials like drinks, chips, & candy, but they also have interesting & unique gifts...not just for the people in the hospital but also things like jewelry, purses & even electronic accessories, like phone cords, headphones, etc. I just did some of my Christmas shopping early, finding the perfect gifts for my son.
The staff is always friendly and helpful. They also have a reward program.

The lady at the desk with silver hair in the blue shirt on 02-20-24 working the opening shift was invasion and full of harrassment. Demanding information about what I was doing on my phone. I was playing a game browsing. The hospital is no place for such attitude it changes moods. 🤷‍♀️🖤 clean store. Nice inventory, sadly I walked out hungry without the crackers on the way to the cafeteria.

Very poor customer service, i rented out a breast pump from them and even though i made my charges on time they decided to double charge me. And now want me wait till its posted to my account and will perform the refund. Which is sad as most of us cannot have money blocked away like this i am so frustrated with this behavior
