This is the Worst place to shop.

I paid 110 $ in store for an order.

Following things happened with me:—

1. My receipt was never emailed to me.

2. My order for which I paid extra shipping cost was never shipped to me.

3. We went back to the same store after a week and tried to resolve it, but Ms. ANJOLIE started misbehaving with us .
Nobody responded with concrete solutions.

4. She first started raising her voice when we told her to connect to someone in the management.

5. We paid so much money for nothing..
no product, no receipts email, and no proper apology from the horrible staff..

6. The tracking number they provided doesn’t even show up in UPS

They are THE WORST clothing retailers in US.

This location needs some diversity and inclusion training. Left immediately after I was basically followed through the entire store by one or another of their employees. Not every black person that enters this store is going to steal something. And it’s super easy to notice when there’s a store full of customers , and half of them are following just 1 customer

Clothing has gotten “cheap.”
Lot of things not in my size.
Loved this outlet for basic pieces of which there were few. Maybe it was the season change? Two employees were pleasant and helpful.

Store had lots of cute dresses, shorts and tops, plus good offers/sales. Staff was friendly and I liked the dressing rooms for being clean and bright. I usually don't like curtain dressing room "doors" but these were designed well

The Loft had great clothing at one time. It seems they got a new designer and over time, the styles and material they use is of poor taste. They need a new designer. The store is clean, staff are friendly and helpful and you can find jeans and skirts at a great price.

Loni is one of the most helpful sales associates at a clothing store I have ever met! I've had a lot of trouble finding pants I like and that fit well the last couple of years. I have also been looking for something to match a turquoise camisole I hardly wear because I don't have anything to go with it. Loni was very helpful in finding specific these items I was looking for. Rather than bringing me anything on the shelf she brought me items that she thought matched what I was looking for and she was spot on. Since she's worked at LOFT fir 7 years she knows exactly how the clothes fit and what size to recommend based on how they wear. Since I am traveling 40 minutes+ to the outlets I'll probably call to see if Loni is working before I make the trip next time. Thank you Loni! I've come to hate shopping for clothes, but you made it a great experience! Best, Meredith

The styles were for a younger clientele. The clothing & material were cheaply made and incredibly overpriced. $60.00 -$70.00 for a pair of skinny ankle pants is insane! what happened to the casual work suits & clothes the Loft use to carry. if they are now catering to a younger demographic....I won't bother shopping there anymore..
