Our family has been shopping at Hardware Hank/Local Ace for many years. My father had a recent experience there with the manager, Jason Klinnert. Luckily, my father followed-up with his supervisor and we believe the issue was resolved. He asked me to write this review on his behalf. He will not continue patronizing this store after this experience with the manager.

Small town store. Great service with friendly staff. Clean and organized. My problem is I go in for something I need and always find things I don't need but want, as they carry more then just hardware. Fun to browse.
