I cannot say enough good things about this shop! Went in today looking for hostess gifts, the young ladies were so kind, wrapped my gifts beautifully and all with a smile! The shop smelled so amazing I bought the candle they had burning!

The absolute worst customer service I have ever received in my life. I have been in Living Well several times, each time getting worse. The women/girls working will not greet you or acknowledge your presence (at least not mine). They may say hello if you are carrying a designer purse and look wealthy but even then I am doubtful. I have bought a few items and never once was I offered any assistance or the simplest of greetings. I went recently to get my sister a birthday gift and it will be the last time I ever step foot in the store again. I greeted the woman behind the cash register, after being in the store several minutes in silence, who looked shocked that I would even talk to her and then asked me, “can I help you?” with a disgusted look on her face. As a Downtown Fairhope resident myself, It’s sad that these are the types of stores that are able to stay open and give Downtown Fairhope the reputation for being snobby. Please do not support this business. There are friendly, kind, hardworking salespeople and business owners in our town that are more deserving of your business.
