Notice how I said I filed; I did NOT actually have to arbitrate with these jugheads to get my redemption back. DO NOT PAY THE FILING FEE THE AAA ASKS FOR. SAY IT IS $0.00. ALL YOU NEED IS TO SEND THEM PROOF THAT YOU ARBITRATED, AKA THE CASE FILING NUMBER, AND ALL DOCUMENTS/EXHIBITS SENT TO THE AAA THAT PROVES YOUR CASE, AND THEY WILL CAVE. What is "arbitration" you may ask? Besides a scary-sounding legal term it is "a process where 2 parties involved in a dispute resolve their differences through an impartial third party." Unfortunately, their TOS prevents you from taking any more serious legal repercussions; but that is ok, this is all it takes to get your redemption. The reason they don't want to go through with arbitration is because these legal fees cut into their sweet, sweet profits, and on top of that, the arbitrator will probably find you eligible for compensatory damages (a lump sum paid on top of what the company owes you). I've attached a template, tailored to my case, that I made to file with the AAA (American Arbitration Association) that I baked in like 15 minutes using ChatGPT. Additionally attached, is proof of them caving, and sending me my redemption(s). Feel free to tweak it so that it fits your situation. DO NOT LET THESE RATS GET AWAY WITH IT. I've been waiting since February 7th for my redemption of $4,800 and they been toying with me saying the same b.s. every time I reached out, that my redemption has been sent for approval and I should look out for an email. Recently the site has removed anythibg sweeps related, took down there contact number and are also not responding to Emails sent. The absolute worse site/customer scam service ever!!!

Hasn't yet to pay out my redemption and I'm guessing won't I put it in on the 28th of Feb. 2025 and it's now March 10th 2025 and they are saying I violated their terms and conditions when last time I redeemed with them everything was smooth sailing. Now because they lied to me about me I will write reviews where ever I possibly can to warn others about wasting their money here.

This is basically the home base of ding ding ding casino. And they are the absolute worst about receiving redemptions in a timely manner I read that it could take up to 3 months just to receive a pending redemption. So don't bother using the online social casino ding ding ding and don't bother writing, calling or emailing these guys either because nobody cares

Absolutely the worst experience I cashed out $400 I'm still waiting for it and today when I log on they said they're no longer doing sweeps so does that mean they don't have to pay me someone needs to get a lawsuit together against these people they definitely have broken laws. They owe me $400

They stole my winnings and I DID NOT VIOLATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS!! SCAM SCAM SCAM. I tried to talk to manager supervisor, was told no. I won nov. 19, and tried to redeem to be told i violated oct. 2 and my account disabled. After depositing over 100. 00 after oct. 2 and money before than, they stole my 4000.00 and wont help me at all. Even thou i did not purchase with anyones card only my account on google! Terms do not say another person card cant be linked to you google accounts (that im authorized user on) its says can not purchase with anothers credit card. And i did not! And if i am wrong why not disable my account prior to redemption instead of continuing to accept over 100. 00 and when it came tome for me to get paid i got rejected and disabled DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THESE FRAUDULENT GAME PLATFORM. THERE ARE GOOD ONES WHO DONT STEAL YOUR WINNINGS!! See photos and time on the bullcrap bc i did not purchase with anything but my account

They scammed us all!!!! They've disappeared with everyone's sweepstake coins and aren't answering customer calls or chat. Im out alot of money it sickening
