I’ve been shopping here for over 30 years! Every baby shower mommy gets an heirloom quality blanket. My sons would look so cute with the suits and my little girl like a princess. They are several sizes in the same design, perfect for wedding parties.

We went to this store twice today, once at 11AM, not another costumer in the store, and again about 1PM. The reason for my trip back to the store (20 minute drive) was because the return policy is only exchange and I wanted to make sure my daughter was comfortable in the dress we chose. She is 11 years old and has some sensory issues that make shopping for clothing a bit more difficult for us.

The reason I am giving this establishment 1 star is because of a "try on policy of 6 dresses" and the rude demeanor of the male associate. My daughter tried on multiples of the same dress, different sizes and also different textures of dresses. She will be in a wedding, we want her to look beautiful but also be comfortable. The male associate interrupted my phone call (with the bride!) to tell me she could not try on any more dresses. She tried on 6. Again, multiples of the same dress because we were trying to figure out which size was best for her. I was going to purchase two dresses from this store today, another for my 5 year old, which I had already picked out at 11AM. Not another customer was in the store with us. Blew my mind that they'd turn away money with NO ONE in the store. Anyway, I won't be back and neither will our family or friends.

UPDATE: I up’d this rating from a 1 star to a 2 because the store does have a great dress selection. Also, the woman who assisted me was helpful and kind.

Last week we were helped by Annette. She was attentive, helpful, and kind. She asked my daughter how she felt in each dress and really made the shopping experience magical for her. Not to mention, she gave us great recommendations on other items we needed.

Been a customer here for years. It’s kind of my go to place when shopping for anything baptism related. They have a nice selection. I had never experienced anything negative until my past visits these last two weeks. For circumstances that were out of my control, I had to come back for a bigger size twice and then a third time for a pick up. The first time I came for an exchange I was helped out by who I think is the owner of the business. An older gentleman who has always been incredibly nice to us and any customers he helps. He made my experience easy and fast. Turned out the person I was shopping for STILL needed a bit of a bigger size, so I went back again a few days later and stumbled across a lady employee- which was extremely helpful and kind- and another gentleman with glasses and a stank attitude behind the counter. I told them about my situation and the guy tells me they only accept exchanges one time. First off, I was never verbally told of this policy. And it also did not state it on the receipt from the store. So how exactly was I supposed to automatically know that?
They ended up making an exception and the lady proceeded to look for what I needed in their backroom. She came back empty handed, so our final resolution was that I could be given store credit and make an order for the size I needed, which would apparently get there by Friday. When we finalized the order, the guy gave me a pink slip I had to bring back with me to pick up my order, and I thanked them for their help. About an hr or two later I get a call from the same gentleman saying that he actually found the suit size that I needed and I could just pick it up. I needed this suit by this Saturday 4/20. So I was ecstatic about having everything ready to go a few days before than expected.
I went back for the last time today 4/17 to pick up the suit. The nice lady who works there greeted me and knew exactly what I was there for. While I waited for her to call for help, I heard her approach the same gentleman from the day who was located towards the back of the store. Even though I couldn’t see them, I could clearly hear what their conversation. She told him that I had arrived to pick up the suit and he responded “si no tiene el papel rojo, no le des nada.” with SUCH attitude. For non-Spanish speakers, this translated to “if she doesn’t have the red slip, don’t give her anything.”
I honestly thought that was pretty rude given that they had just made the order with me the previous day. I wasn’t just some random person coming in and demanding to be given stuff for free. Lucky for him I had the slip in hand as I walked through the doors of their establishment. The lady handed me the suit and I thanked her so much for her help. If I hadn’t had such a good experience with her there, I honestly don’t think I would have had a good experience if I had encountered the dude with the glasses alone. He needs some lessons on customer service for sure, or maybe just find another job all together, or an attitude check. Or Maybe all three. Lol. All the negative reviews on him seem about right. Hopefully I can find a different place to go to. As a person who highly values great customer service I can’t see myself continuing to come here unless I absolutely have to. Sadly, I will no longer recommend people to come here.

Literally, you can only try on 2 dresses for babies. We were looking at baptism dresses, and we live far away, so we asked if we could try just one more and that it would finalize our decision on which dress to purchase. Well, unfortunately they owner said no. We left with 0 dresses.

Maybe this was a good thing because the dresses are priced as if they are handmade from an etsy shop.

Won't be returning in the future for any event.

Check your bag before you leave! I purchased a dress, shoes, tights, bolero and petticoat. Charged for it all and just realized the night before my daughter’s communion the petticoat is missing from the bag! I’m so angry right now!
