Absolutely always a great experience! I have been here several times. I had a lot of help from the ladies working today. They helped me carry things to my car also! Great customer service. This will be my home Little Green Apple Hallmark store.

Hallmark just relocated from the mall to Veterans Parkway, where HyVee, Dollar Tree, and Plato's Closet are located. Thank goodness!! The store is now easily accessible and conveniently located! Hallmark is now in a family-friendly shopping area, which will definitely increase their revenue. Good job, Hallmark!

Love the selection. Need to hire workers that actually know anything about hallmark products though. Don’t know if the older ladies that used to work there have been replaced. But it would be nice if a simple easy question could be answered by the employees that work there now. Would be nice if there was at least on employee there that could answer a question about past products

The staff is extremely helpful, only gave it three stars because it's not convenient to walk all the way to the back to look at cards. You must wind through a maze of knickknacks and other items before you come to the cards. If more than one person is in store, you may have to wait to pay until they finish with other customers.
