I took my 2011 Jayco Greyhawk in for routine oil and lube today 3-19-2025, I really appreciate the people who work there like Nikki my service writer and Trevor and Lyn. They make you feel welcome and do great work. I had them recoat my roof and install my satellite dish , also some electrical work last year . Again they do great work, you should try them out next time you need work on your RV.

We had a wonderful experience at the North Phoenix location, thanks to Jimmie! From the moment we started the process a week ago, he was incredibly professional and respectful of our time and what we were looking for. He was very personable. My husband and I had a great experience buying our first RV from LDLP!! Anne, our sales rep, was so patient and kind with us as we worked through our big decision. Purchased my trailer 5 years ago and, honestly, cannot think of many good things to say. Hindsight is 20/20 and had I known then what I know now, I would have never stepped foot in this dealership. Slow to respond, repair work is beyond bad, Warranty Forever is a waste of time and money and, after the experiences I’ve had, I really do not think they care about their customers. They really need to learn how to treat their customers with more respect to their time and cost. Warranty Forever is a scam…when I first purchased my trailer in 2020, I was told that, as long as I keep bringing it there at least once a year to perform repairs and to keep it under their Warranty Forever program, repairs would be covered. The most recent thing, and there have been many, was a roof membrane repair. After going back and forth to get it repaired “under warranty” end of last year and after paying thousands, the roof membrane they replaced it pulling away again. If it’s under warranty, why am I paying to have it repaired. So thousands of dollars for absolutely nothing. Tried to leave a review on their dealership website and constantly get errors trying to submit.

I purchased a new 2022 Keystone Hideout from another dealership in Parker, AZ 2023. I needed warranty work done but did not want to take my trailer all the way back to that dealership. I searched Keystone's approved dealerships on their website and contacted the Little Dealer in Prescott Valley which was closer to me but still far. They completed the warranty work but forgot to hook up my new inverter to the inside outlets. Rather than have me drive all the way back to Prescott Valley, they made arrangements with this Deer Valley location to finish hooking up my new inverter. When I needed more warranty work done on my trailer, I spoke with Brian in Deer Valley and was able to schedule an appointment to bring it in for the warranty work. Even though I didn't purchase the trailer from them, and they had to process the warranty work through the Prescott Valley location, I was treated as though I did. Brian was honest from start to finish with how long the warranty process takes. He kept in contact me every step of the way. While waiting for parts Clint replaced Brian in service. Clint was able to work with Keystone on a warranty issue to get it approved. Brian, who is now the technician, did an amazing job doing all of the warranty work! Everything looks and works great! I highly recommend Little Dealer and will only go to them from now on!

We had a great experience shopping for our first trailer. James our sales rep was amazing and very patient with all of our questions. The process of purchasing was painless. When we went for our walk thru, Lori and Clint in the parts department showed us everything we needed to get started. Jovi took his time and explained the camper in detail when we did our walk thru. We would suggest shopping here to anyone looking!
