Please go read the reviews. This lady is changing labels selling fake merchandise and using a cricut to fake the labels. She is selling rejected car seats purchasing them from returned/damaged possibly recalled fire safety items. This is not safe!!

Would give zero stars if I could. Their communication is incredibly horrid and I’m convinced I’ve been scammed out of almost $200. Placed an order for a “secret stock reserve” they claim only 100 of are being made back in May. Was told it would ship in June. Nothing! Reached out August 3rd after no updates were given but it “hit the floor” in their boutique, what?! They told me they were waiting on adult sets but would ship my other items if they didn’t arrive “that day”. Well here we are over a month later. Three ignored emails, multiple ignored Fb comments. I’m done. Filed a complaint with the BBB and am disputing the charges.

Update: it took all the negativity for me to get my three of my four items. We’re still waiting on my set. They were nice enough to send me a matching bow for my daughter’s pajamas which is sweet.

They sell fake car seats and products. They advertise as new but they are NOT new. They used a cricut to make logos/the brand name on the products. They DO NOT care about the safety of your children, they only care about money and ripping people off. Do not go here EVER.

I have only ordered from this company twice so far but each experience has been nothing short of perfect. The first order I placed the size I ordered went out of stock. Instead of cancelling my order they took the time to call me and ask if they could send me the size up so I still could get the Disney Cars print for my little one. This second order was a preorder to ship in April and I ordered a newborn not thinking about how my little one will most likely be in 0-3 months by then. I called them and asked if there was anyway we could change the size. They were very nice and made the change of size for me so quickly! I know where I will be getting all of my little ones clothes from in the future!

VERY disappointed in lack of communication regarding delay in my order. I had to email multiple times regarding my order and it was always “I’ll check on it and get back to you” and no one would ever get back to me. They did end up sending my Bluey 4th of July separately from my Summer Bluey which was nice because summer Bluey was late. I ended up asking for a refund on Monday 7/8 for the summer Bluey because it is almost 2 months late (it was suppose to ship in May) and my daughter won’t be able to wear it for summer and I still haven’t heard back.

This place is the TOP of the MOST not just kid friendly boutiques but parent friendly in Mount Vernon, all of the workers all knowledgeable in car seats - the simplest bow. Their sleepies are the BEST and the softest sleepers.
They are willing to take your clothes your babies grow out of to give you store credit as well as used baby gear and items!
The place is beyond clean and also very organized so things are easy to find when directed to it. If you breast feed or pump one of the workers Shannon is a good resource to help you with that and give you advice if you need it!
So thank you Little Britches staff for helping me find the most perfect items for my two babies!
