Went to look for a walker and found a couple. I bought a used one for $20 +tax. Lots of clothes, shoes, books, etc. The website didn't show any so I had to go and look. It was ok, the baby has a hard time maneuvering it compared to his old one. It's a good go to place for used items. You can also go into to see if they will buy items you have to sell.

I have a new grandbaby that over her first year has accumulated tons of baby clothes, toys, and furniture. I went online and scheduled an appointment to bring in and drop off for resale. When I scheduled I did not realize I scheduled on Easter so on Friday before Easter I called just to verify and no they are not open on Easter which i totally understand, so I ask about rescheduling everything went perfect, I got my appt rescheduled and unfortunately I did not get the person I was speaking with name when I called to reschedule but she was very pleasant and everything went smoothly. I got the appointment rescheduled for Saturday at 1. I called back a few hours later to see if I could reschedule for a little later in the day, the person I spoke with her name is Amanda such a rude person, when she told me there was nothing later in the day, I was only explaining the reason for the reschedule from Sunday to Saturday and before I can even finish she rudely interrupts me and say "we are all going to be spending time with our family's on Sunday" rescheduling the Sunday appt was not a problem and totally understandable. From that point on she just got more rude and would not stop talking long enough for me to say anything! When I asked to speak to a manager she said I am the manager so I asked who the owner was she gave me her name and said I could call back tomorrow but she(Amanda) would probably be answering the phone, I am not sure what was meant by that statement. I personally have never shopped with this store, I have had many people tell me what a great place it is! After this experience I will not be taking anything to this store or purchasing from this store. I hope anyone else that visits this store has a better experience than I have.

They’ve gone super downhill over the last year or so. There are hardly any toddler shoes and the toddler girls rack wasn’t even half full today. And the clothes they had were ugly. They should be a lot less picky about what they accept so there’s more than 3 options to choose from (pajamas, bathing suits) in each size. Nobody working there is ever very friendly yet I heard the two buyers behind the counter today telling super personal stories and using foul language with children in the store. And I heard it over by the shoes so yeah it was that loud. Super glad once upon a child opened. Their selection is way better and the staff is so much friendlier.

Selling or trading here is far more inconvenient than it needs to be. They require an appointment, which makes the process difficult—especially for parents who know how unpredictable it can be just getting out the door with kids. You’d think a baby and kids store would be more accommodating and flexible, but that’s not the case. The staff at the counter come across as rude and disorganized, which only adds to the frustration. It doesn’t make sense to require a scheduled time if I’m simply dropping items off and picking them up the next day. The one positive is that they do carry decent quality items, but honestly, with all the hassle, I usually find it easier to just shop at Target or Walmart during sales.

For shopping, they have a decent selection for babies and toddler girls, less options for toddler boy clothing. It's usually pretty organized and clean. The prices are a mix of good and a little high, but worth it if you have trade credit. Which brings me to trying to sell with them....

You have to have an appointment to sell and they are really picky about you being right on time, which is annoying (and not the same as other resell shops here in Tucson) but manageable. However, they are always rude and take very little. I can understand only taking what they need but it is very annoying to schedule an appointment, manage to get yourself and 50 items there right on time to be told they want nothing.

Today I brought 45 items and they had them for less than 5 minutes before saying they wanted none of them. There is no way they went through all the items in the time they had the clothes. This was the last of my bad experiences there, I'll be shopping at the new (and polite) children's resale store from now on.

Went to the BOGO event and it was amazing, we left with over 30 items that were all in great used condition. We have also sold many times and feel like they offer a fair amount for a chikdrnes resale store. I love that we can continue to pass on beautiful toys and clothes instead of them ending up in the landfill.

This is the best consignment store for children's clothes in ALL of tucson! It has so many options and lots of random things for babies and kids. They also have great deals from time to time that they will text out. Even maternity stuff is here

Love this little store for babies and kids!! It has such reasonable prices for it being a thrift store and everything in the store including the items is very clean. Also at checkout, you can sign up for a rewards program for future purchases.
